Juridics: Supreme Court: American Bar Association endorses Judge Sam Alito with hi-est rating, ABA committeee unanimous

The detractors of Judge Sam Alito as a candidate for membership on the US Supreme Court may have been dealt a blow from which they may no recover. The American Bar Association's committee to evalute Alito and make a public recommendation regarding his appointment or not, based on his qualifications, has given him top marks.

This has drawn prompt negative reaction to all the lobby groups with special interests, utopian ideologies, and hate-Bush obsessions to scream Bloody Murder, as the saying goes. The LeftBlackwing, with much to lose by way of vested interested in the Democratic Party, has performed as expected, clamoring that Alito's appointment was inimical to civil rights. Other views by other Blacks are shouted down. But a blog devoted to Black interests and the common good has gone out of its way to give the Administration's view of Alito on civil rights, correcting the propaganda of the detractors.

Tara Wall, a senior advisor for the Republican National Committee, told BlackAmericaWeb.com that black Americans can trust Altio.

"Judge Alito personifies the qualities President Bush said he would seek in a Supreme Court justice and African-Americans can have confidence in," Wall said.

"A man of great personal character," she added, "Alito has shown a mastery of the law and a deep commitment to justice and equality - particularly during his time as U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey where he's best known for prosecuting violations of civil rights.I have no doubt, once confirmed, that he will serve us well."

The growing pluralism in the Black community/ies of America is not well-known and not well-covered by the mass media. But in the blogosphere new voices are emerging among Blacks that are not Democrat or Far Left, and increasingly these new voices are being heard. - Politicarp
