Canadian Juridics

The following is not a scientific analysis, so its parameters are rather fuzzy.  But I think it gives a good impression of what the Canadian press has covered lately in regard to human rights, and it is my collection of items largely found in the email newsletter I've been receiving from Canadian Civil Liberties Association (not particularly my cup of legal tea, but appreciate them as an info-source for getting closer to the Big Picture of trends and the topics below). I've posted it here in my frontpage column of our blog refWrite, because posting it to Facebook seems to strip out all the live links of the URLs for each entry.  

I thawt some few people may want to use this, not least becawz it has categories developed from the information up, to constitute thereby an ad hoc classification system for people may want to explore its possible uses, including university/college students, law students interested in either legal studies or the 24-hour newscycle and the flow of information in the daily media.

Also, there's  parallel but different legislation in Canada, legislation which is being evaluated by a Parliamentary Committee for the purplose of writing a new copyright law.    The existing r+ts of the poor, especially those poor who blog, will probably be erased in the new law when Parliament finishes hacking to pieces the old provisions.   In the Bible, the poor were permitted by law (torah) to glean the fields of well-off after their workers completed the main job of the harvest.

I found the above (yellow text on red field) on the web, and woud only add to it the purpose of semiotic experiment on the digital level -- which includes altering by colour schematics, by repositioning, by refonting of typefaces, by resizing, by utlizing and/or removing elements from a found webpage that do not fit this blog in the original manner in which found, etc.  I have to think this thru further, so additional elements or new ideas may be added or removed.

Whew! I just broke thru a veil of inaccessibility to my Google connection. Too much!, and I hope I can hold onto the irregular connection I've been able to contrive from scraps of orphaned databits.
